I never patronized Food Trucks nearly as much as I’d have liked, but I’ve always appreciated the food, the history, the character it brings to a city and the sheer determination and creativity of its owners, doing what they love, day in and day out.

Turns out, it’s not all hugs and puppies for them anymore. At least not in New York.
